Wonderful impressionist painting with the sea of Cap Frehel in the background and two women walking along a wet road on a windy day, with a moody cloudy sky.
 
Beautiful use of cobolt blue which can be seen in the jumper of one of the women, a dash on the tree and ground in the fore, and more used in trunk of the large tree. Wonderful reflections of the trees and the women in the puddles in the road.
Wooden mount and lovely stone coloured frame, which is really complimentary to the colour scheme of the painting.
