Louis Anthony BURNETT (1907-1999) was born in New York City. He was a figure and landscape painter who studied at the Art Students League, New School of Social Research, and Educational Alliance in New York.
 
He is recognized with his paintings of beautiful children, floral still life, nudes, café scenes and facets of romantic realism. His work has been favourably reviewed by art critics including the New York Times, Herald Tribune, Art News, The Arts, and many others.Exhibitions include:
