English artist, designer, craftsman and major figure in the British Arts & Crafts Movement. Founder member of the Artificers' Guild. Exhibited at the Royal Academy. An Associate of the Royal Society of Painters in Watercolours and a Fellow of the Royal Engravers.Examples of his work are held at the British Museum and the Victoria & Albert Museum.
