Deborah Padway is an American artist and designer born in Wisconsin in 1952. She studied at Ohio State University majoring in Fine Art. She has exhibited in many major exhibitions throughout the USA.Deborah's undoubted skill and understanding of the techniques she is using have gained her many awards throughout her career.
