DAVID HOCKNEY ORIGINAL ART EXHIBITION POSTER

PRODUCED FOR THE MUSEUM OF MODERN ART, NEW YORK.

'A RETROSPECTIVE' EXHIBITION DATE; June 18th - August 14th 1988

This is one of the series of art posters by David Hockney produced for the Retrospective at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in 1988. The poster is listed as Nr. 19 in Baggotts poster catalogue.

The poster is rare and hard to find. There appears to be a "stain" between the image and the part with the text. But this is already in the litho used for producing the poster and is printed/visible on every poster of this series. Very good condition for the age, no apparent foxing.
