Harry Zeegers is a Dutch artist born in 1929 and is considered as one of the Dutch romantic impressionists.

Besides teacher, he was also a painter and painted and his works included watercolours, especially landscapes, still life and flower pieces. He was initially taught by his father (a drawing and painting teacher). Later he attended the Koninklijke School voor Kunst in 's-Hertogenbosch. Besides that, he got his M.A. teaching certificate in drawing.
